THE ACACIA TREE RETURNS POLICY


Refund & Exchange Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.


Non-Refundable Items

  • Australian-Made Items: As these are custom, made-to-order pieces, they are non-refundable.
  • Ex-Demo Items: All ex-demo items are final sale and non-refundable.
  • Shipping Costs: Both original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when received.
  • It must be in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

 

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted in cases where:

  • Items are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts not due to our error.
  • Items are returned more than 30 days after delivery.

 

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a few business days.

 


 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank.

If you’ve completed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at orders@theacaciatree.com.au.


 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

To request an exchange for the same item, please email orders@theacaciatree.com.au.



Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
