We collaborate with professional furniture removalists partners nationwide, ensuring your furniture gets to you in perfect condition with outstanding service. Learn more about our dispatch process and explore the delivery services we offer below.  

 

Dispatch & Delivery Times

 

  • Dispatch Days: Monday–Friday, during business hours.

  • Delivery Notification: The courier will contact you 1–2 days before your scheduled delivery.

    If the time provided doesn’t suit, please liaise directly with the courier to reschedule.

  • Specific Day Requests: Available for an additional $80.

Note: Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on the size of the item, location, and unforeseen delays. Extended delays may occur during peak periods. All warehouses are closed for 3–4 weeks over the Christmas break.

 

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

 

  • Metro Melbourne: 2–10 business days

  • Rural Victoria: 7–21 business days

  • Other Metro Cities (interstate): 7–21 business days

  • Rural/Regional Interstate: Contact us for a quote

  • Tasmania & Northern Territory: Rough estimate from 5–10 weeks (subject to courier availability)

     

Experience seamless deliveries within Melbourne Metro and Greater Melbourne when arranged by us. We handle deliveries into the ground-level room of your choice, ensuring convenience for you. It is the customer's responsibility to maintain clear access, allowing our couriers an unobstructed route; failure to do so may limit this service and incur additional costs. 

 

 

Delivery Services

 

We offer three main delivery options. All services include ground floor delivery only unless stated otherwise.

 

Drop at door / Standard Delivery

 

  • Ground floor delivery and placement in your specified room

  • Customer assistance is required for heavy items

  • Excludes: Stairs, assembly, and rubbish removal

 

 

In-Home Delivery

 

  • Ground floor delivery and placement in your specified room

  • Excludes: Stairs, assembly, and rubbish removal

 

 

Premium Delivery & Setup

 

  • Ground floor delivery, placement, and assembly of furniture

  • Excludes: Rubbish removal

 

Deliveries operate Monday–Friday, business hours only (excluding public holidays).

 

 

Warehouse Collection

 

  • Collections available from various Melbourne warehouse locations (see individual product pages)

  • 48 business hours’ notice required

 

 

 

Storage Policy

  • We offer 1 week of free storage from completion date.

  • If longer storage is required:

    • Storage Fee: Varies according to order value starts from $220 for 2 weeks

    • Delivery to storage: 

      Fees vary depending on the number of suppliers involved, the volume of goods, and the location of each supplier. Please contact us for a tailored quote based on your specific order.


 

Additional Charges:

Rubbish Removal - From $80
Assembly - From $80
Alternative / Specific Day - $80
Stairs - $60 per flight
Urgent Deliveries (within 1 week)- $100
Rescheduling 48 hours prior to scheduled delivery - 50% of delivery fee
