The experience was seamless - communication was clear, estimated times were on the website. Then they were able to bring it forward, but checked in first prior to organising delivery. Communication with the team was timely, polite and proactive. The bed is beautiful, easy to put together and we love it. Definitely would be happy to recommend to others and I'll be keeping an eye out for what I might like next...

We’re rapt with our Yakka bed frame sans headboard. Easy to assemble, great quality and really solid. Purchasing from interstate was no problem at all, the photos on their website are exactly as the product is, freight quote very reasonable, delivery was brilliant, and we had open communication from The Acacia Tree & the delivery company. If you’re thinking of purchasing but unsure because you’re a long way from Melbourne, don’t hesitate, they’re all over it!

Our bed is beautiful and we got swift replies to all inquiries about it. It took a fairly long time (about 3 months) for the bed to be made, but they told us this ahead of time, and replied quickly every time we asked for updates. We got a custom adjustment to the bed and they were very accommodating with this. The quality is outstanding. If you are not in a hurry and want something that looks good, is solid, and will last forever, then I would highly recommend Acacia Tree :)

We had to wait around 4 months for our dining setting but it was definitely worth the wait. There was an issue with the manufacturer which took a little extra time but we didn’t mind. The quality of the timber and the workmanship is excellent. The dining chairs are incredibly comfortable. Very happy, thank you.

Beautiful furniture and 5 star customer service! We are very happy with our recently purchased a York bed frame! The customer service from Echo was great. We paid for delivery and assembly. Initially there was an issue with the bed being assembled incorrectly, but Echo checked in with us after assembly and quickly arranged for someone to fix the bed. It’s perfect now!
