Delivery Times

We dispatch deliveries on weekdays, Monday through Friday, during business hours. The courier will contact you 1-2 days before the scheduled delivery. Please ensure you are available or if the allocated time doesn't suit you, liase directly with the courier for an alternative arrangement. Specific delivery days can be requested at an additional cost—details below.

Upon dispatch of your order, you'll receive contact by phone from our trusted courier. Delivery times serve as a general guide only, actual durations may vary slightly based on item size and any unforeseen delivery delays.

Please note: Delivery timeframes may be extended during busy holiday seasons. All our warehouses will be shut for 3-4 weeks through the Christmas break. Thank you for your understanding

Experience seamless deliveries within Melbourne Metro and Greater Melbourne when arranged by us. We handle deliveries into the ground-level room of your choice, ensuring convenience for you. It is the customer's responsibility to maintain clear access, allowing our couriers an unobstructed route; failure to do so may limit this service and incur additional costs. 

 

Delivery and Pick Up Options

1 man delivery

Our 1 man delivery service is to your ground floor including placement of item in your specified room. You will need to assist the driver with heavy or larger items (please opt for 2 man service if you can not assist).

Delivery Monday to Friday during business hours only. Excludes public holidays.

Does not include delivery up stairs, assembly or rubbish removal.

 

2 man delivery 

Our 2 man delivery service is to your ground floor including placement of item in your specified room.

Delivery Monday to Friday during business hours only. Excludes public holidays. 

Delivery does not include rubbish removal or assembly of items.

 

2 man delivery and assembly 

Our 2 man delivery and assembly service is to your ground floor, placement of item in your specified room and includes assembly of furniture where required.

Delivery Monday to Friday during business hours only. Excludes public holidays.

Delivery does not include rubbish removal.

 

Warehouse collection 

Collections can be arranged from our various warehouses across Melbourne. Each range may differ in warehouse location, please refer to individual product information for warehouse locations.

We require a minimum notice of 48 business hours for collection. 

Interstate Deliveries

We deliver to most interstate areas please reach out for a freight quote prior to purchasing.

 

Storage fee

Please note that for all Australian-Made products, we can only store items for up to 1 week due to limited warehouse space. If you require storage of your items for longer than 1 week, storage fees will apply.

Stairs - $60 per flight
