How to Return an Item

• The item must be in its original condition and packaging so it can be safely stored, transported, and resold as new.
• If you choose to return the item yourself, it must be:
   
• Well protected with removal blankets (if unpackaged), or
• Returned in its original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
  
  
• Returned items will be inspected during business hours, and eligibility for a full or partial refund will be determined based on their condition.
• The customer is responsible for returning the product and covering any freight costs.
• Please contact us if you would like a freight quote for us to arrange the return on your behalf.
• All delivery charges are non-refundable.

Not Eligible for Return

• Items that are damaged, unprotected, or not returned in their original packaging.
• Australian-made products that are custom-made or built to order. These items can still be returned within 30 days, less 50% of the value of the item at the time of purchase.
• Items that have been customised or stained per your request.
• Products sourced specifically at your request (not part of our standard range) — these are handled on a case-by-case basis.
• Any item not in resaleable condition (e.g. scratched, stained, or altered in any way).
