We recently purchased a bed from The Acacia Tree, after doing a bit of research into varied options. We purchased the Citrine bed frame in a king sized. The experience was seamless - communication was clear, estimated times were on the website. Then they were able to bring it forward, but checked in first prior to organising delivery. Communication with the team was timely, polite and proactive. The bed is beautiful, easy to put together and we love it. Definitely would be happy to recommend to others and I'll be keeping an eye out for what I might like next...

From Purchase to Delivery, I could not have asked for a better experience!! Quality of Acacia Staff is impeccable!! Ordering process was easy and straight forward. I waited for 9 weeks and was then contacted by their Delivery Partner. I was kept in the loop during Delivery and the Delivery was on time and went really smoothly. Delivery Staff were very helpful and efficient, and placed my items in the room without any damage. Overall, an Excellent Experience with the Acacia Tree. Quality of the items that I ordered (Tasmanian Oak Bedframe and 2 x Tasmanian Oak Bedside tables) was fantastic!! Such beautiful Australian Made furniture that will last the test of time. We’re rapt with our Yakka bed frame sans headboard. Easy to assemble, great quality and really solid. Purchasing from interstate was no problem at all, the photos on their website are exactly as the product is, freight quote very reasonable, delivery was brilliant, and we had open communication from The Acacia Tree & the delivery company. If you’re thinking of purchasing but unsure because you’re a long way from Melbourne, don’t hesitate, they’re all over it!

We had a Zion tallboy made. Our thanks to Vincent and the sales team who helped us when choosing the finish. And kept us up to date on progress. Thanks also to those who made this lovely piece of furniture. The tallboy was delivered as promised and handled with care. It has a hand in glove fit with the minimalist themed room, where it also has a lightening effect. The finish is natural clear. We will enjoy the tallboy for many years to come.

Our bed is beautiful and we got swift replies to all inquiries about it. It took a fairly long time (about 3 months) for the bed to be made, but they told us this ahead of time, and replied quickly every time we asked for updates. We got a custom adjustment to the bed and they were very accommodating with this. The quality is outstanding. If you are not in a hurry and want something that looks good, is solid, and will last forever, then I would highly recommend Acacia Tree :)

UPDATE: replacement table has finally arrived and we love it very much. Precisely what we had asked for, and the quality of their product has never been an issue. All in all, improving the rating I gave because we understand that mishaps happen and the repair is more important to us. Big shout out to Kylie, who has been brilliant in managing our case. We appreciate the handwritten note and gift from Eddie, kindly communicating their sincere apologies. Their genuine attempt to correct the error is all we could ask for and they’ve delivered. Shoutout to the courier team, Bailey and team, as well. They’re friendly, speedy, and attentive. The overall effort has been remarkable and we will happily return for future purchases. — I’ll get to details but in short, 100% do not recommend UNLESS you are okay with: 1) items delivered in 17 weeks; 2) have hours to spare time to call for updates or to correct the mistakes they make; and 3) not receiving the product that you actually paid for We came to the store on 27 October 2024 and was told that it’s the last week to place order if we want delivery to be done before Christmas. Made our order that day, specified that we wanted a table with medium character, something that they say they can do. They market themselves as custom-made and bespoke furnitures after all. We also asked for quotes for live-edging option on this day. Fast forward to December, didn’t hear from them so we reached out. Turns out, they had our wrong email address. Mistakes happen, we get it. Gave feedback that they can try and call if they don’t hear back regarding important decision on the order, accepted with much resistance. Told that because of factory closure during Christmas, our updated ETA is 16 February 2025. Disappointed, but fine, everyone needs their holiday. The week of 16 Feb comes around, heard nothing from them. Called three times and on each call told that they’ll get back to us regarding the delivery, which they didn’t. Finally assisted by Kylie, who was absolutely helpful and knowledgeable. Without getting into much details on the mishap around invoicing that they did, we got our furnitures on 24 February 2025, 17 weeks after placing the order. Saw our table top, and it has no character lines whatsoever. We spent $3.5k on the table alone after being promised that they can ensure quality of their product. We are in the process of submitting yet another enquiry for things to be fixed, but truthfully I have no faith in this company. This is the second purchase we made with them. We thought that if their customer service and standard of procedure is subpar, they’d have to make it up in their product quality and delivery. That too, they failed in.

We were so happy with our bedframe and side tables we went back to order tv cabinet (haven’t hidden wires yet). Great quality and great value. Would recommend confirming items in stock and anticipated delivery times before purchasing.

Excellent quality, especially compared to many local options we tried first, which used poor materials for the price. The main appeal was the high use of real timber combined with contemporary, yet modern designs. The wait and shipping costs were worth it, and the team provided great support given our regional location, which we really appreciated. No staged photos here—just a few shots of the construction process and finished result.

We love our beautiful, wormy chestnut dining table from the Acacia Tree! It took a few months to arrive, but the staff were always quick to respond to our calls or emails, and keeping us informed of the ETA. Great price for a solid wood table. Would highly recommend The Acacia Tree :)

So glad I stumbled across the Acacia Tree in search of a floating king size bed - I had one in my cart elsewhere but immediately jumped on the bed I found at Acacia Tree (and then added a dining table and large mirror because I loved the products so much!)

We had to wait around 4 months for our dining setting but it was definitely worth the wait. There was an issue with the manufacturer which took a little extra time but we didn’t mind. The quality of the timber and the workmanship is excellent. The dining chairs are incredibly comfortable. Very happy, thank you.
